The property is in a fantastic location on the bay, and across the street from the beach. The amenities are excellent. There are many restaurants nearby, that we were able to walk to. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. We will be looking to our next stay there.

We love staying at this property. The owner is super friendly and helpful. It's a nice quiet location with the harbor out back to enjoy. They provide all the beach and harbor equipment to enjoy. The beach is just 2 1/2 blocks away.

Host was wonderful!!, Duffy was super fun and house had many other benefits like kayaks and paddle boards. Clean and cute! Just some details to note: no AC if temps are high (just portable fans), and no water view from inside… must go out to back of house patio to see water. Must go up many steep stairs to access this... this is 2 bedroom apartment above main house with your own entrance. Beach is close. Store and restaurants close, and great park amenities for kids almost next door.

My family of 5 stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every minute of it! Judi and Nuel were amazing hosts that were more than accommodating. We took the Duffy boat out every night we were there. The kids really enjoyed paddle-boarding, canoeing, and swimming right around the corner to the playground. Really couldn't ask for a better stay!

Judi and Nuel are amazing hosts and the Duffy is such a great value with the stay. Great location with lots of access to good restaurants, stores, parks and the beach. Another amazing stay!

There was a little misunderstanding about the kitchen & laundry access. The kitchen wasn’t very big nor didn’t have much to use….there was a griddle that might fit a sandwich to make a grilled cheese but that was it. It did note there wasn’t an oven but I figured there would have been a little more kitchen supplies. The grill outside was really old and well used. Laundry was only accessible when the homeowner would leave the garage door open. The Duffy boat was great and overall it was a nice place. Access was tight. Tough to get up steep stairs and narrow access. For the price point I would recommend getting a different location

Location is amazing, and the boat/toys were so fun! Owners were very welcoming and helpful. We had everything we needed for our short stay. The setup was a bit awkward, since owners living area overlooks the patio....but we enjoyed the outdoor space very much regardless. The washer/dryer was not located in our unit, which would have been an issue if we had a longer stay. Overall we had an amazing time!

the host, Judy and her husband, were super nice and friendly. they instasled a baby gate for us so we wouldn't worry about our toddler falling down the stairs. The boat is a huge bonus and was really pleasant to ride.

Judi and Nuel were very kind, flexible, and friendly… It was so nice to have access to the boat and paddle boards. We had a great time on the back patio. I would’ve appreciated a cutting board and small oven/cooktop instead of a full size dishwasher but there’s room to add that if they want to later. Other wise the unit was fully stocked.Fabulous location to beach, restaurants, and bars.

He has just renovated his 33 ft, trawler and would love you to see it or go on a boat ride with him. We have been married for ever and love it here in beautiful Newport Beach on the bay.Love to watch the gondolas and swimmers go right by the patio. Why they chose this property

The bay in our back yard is as good as it gets anywhere in the world. We walk to restaurants, movies, and of course on the sand to watch the sunset. Our property is newly decorated in a vacation beach theme and I am certain you will love it. Have fun here and make some lasting memories.We have 2 bicycles.2 paddle boards 2 boogie boards. beach chairs, a basketball and a ride in our boat for our guests and maybe even their friends. Have fun in the sun right here in beautiful Newport Beach California. The duffy boat and patio and all the toys are for your use only while you are here. The boat is really quite easy to drive and fun too.

What makes this property unique

Grill on the patio while watching the swimmers, boaters and paddle boarders go by and then of course join them in the fun. You may even see a gondola or two go by.
