Really lovely and comfortable stay. The AC doesn't work well but it didn't bother us too much. Judy is lovely and the use of the boat was really nice. Would come back for sure.

This is our second stay at this property after an amazing first stay last year. All the amenities and prime location continue to make this a worthy stay for our group. Judi, the host, has always been so helpful and accommodating. The duffy boat around Lido and Balboa can't be beat for a great weekend getaway!

This is a super cute apartment attached to the host's home with a separate entrance. A few stairs up to the 2 bedroom apartment, 1 bathroom and small kitchen area with a nice living area. The highlight of this property is the backyard. Beautiful view of the water and so fun to watch the boats go by. Very nice sitting area to enjoy. We had so much fun on the duffy boat! Judi our host was a delight and hopefully we will get to go back again next year!

The property is in a fantastic location on the bay, and across the street from the beach. The amenities are excellent. There are many restaurants nearby, that we were able to walk to. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. We will be looking to our next stay there.

We love staying at this property. The owner is super friendly and helpful. It's a nice quiet location with the harbor out back to enjoy. They provide all the beach and harbor equipment to enjoy. The beach is just 2 1/2 blocks away.

Host was wonderful!!, Duffy was super fun and house had many other benefits like kayaks and paddle boards. Clean and cute! Just some details to note: no AC if temps are high (just portable fans), and no water view from inside… must go out to back of house patio to see water. Must go up many steep stairs to access this... this is 2 bedroom apartment above main house with your own entrance. Beach is close. Store and restaurants close, and great park amenities for kids almost next door.

My family of 5 stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every minute of it! Judi and Nuel were amazing hosts that were more than accommodating. We took the Duffy boat out every night we were there. The kids really enjoyed paddle-boarding, canoeing, and swimming right around the corner to the playground. Really couldn't ask for a better stay!

There was a little misunderstanding about the kitchen & laundry access. The kitchen wasn’t very big nor didn’t have much to use….there was a griddle that might fit a sandwich to make a grilled cheese but that was it. It did note there wasn’t an oven but I figured there would have been a little more kitchen supplies. The grill outside was really old and well used. Laundry was only accessible when the homeowner would leave the garage door open. The Duffy boat was great and overall it was a nice place. Access was tight. Tough to get up steep stairs and narrow access. For the price point I would recommend getting a different location
