LOCATION
Longlevens is a quiet, leafy suburb on the north side of Gloucester, with easy access to Gloucester city centre, the Cathedral and Gloucester Quays, and a straightforward drive to Cheltenham and the M5.

PARKING & ARRIVAL
• Free parking on the driveway (the garage is not available to guests)
• Self check-in. Your digital access code is sent on the morning of your arrival

GOOD TO KNOW
• Prefer singles? Any bed can be split into two single beds for £40 per bed. Please ask when you book
• Dogs are welcome, with no pet fee. Please let us know when you book, and ask us first if you'd like to bring two
• Non-smoking property. Long stays are welcome
• Before you arrive, we'll email and text you a link to our Guestflow portal to sign our terms and add a card for the damage deposit, which is processed securely by Stripe:
◦ Stays of 1 to 6 nights: a £200 hold is placed on your card, plus a £5 non-refundable handling fee. The hold is not a charge and is released automatically after your stay
◦ Stays of 7 nights or more: a £200 refundable deposit is taken, plus a £10 non-refundable handling fee. Your deposit is refunded in full 3 to 5 days after check-out, once our team has checked the property
