Really nice property and close to everything. Very comfortable beds , lounge could do with some new settees for comfort. Garden is really good but could do with a little trim and tidy to make it better. Overall excellent just a little bit of maintenance to give it 5 stars.

The property was perfect for what I needed for my weekend break. Walking into the city was only a couple of minutes. It was clean and comfortable. Parking is in zoned areas and not too far from the property. I would have no hesitation at staying there again

Excellent house , very cosy and had everything you would need , there was a lovely little garden with seating area , the only thing we had a gripe with was no lights in the garden , ok during the Day but could not sit out at night , it would have been lovely as it was so warm .5 minutes walk to the Shambles but plenty of bars and restaurants just around the corner from the house , small Italian restaurant 2 minutes away was excellent, plenty to eat aswell .will definitely come back , the beds are so comfy too .
