Great location, right on the beach and bay of SP.No noise from the bars at the back - only on world cup night/next morning. The pool area is beautiful, you cannot lie on the grass and therefore the apartment could do with sunbeds as I had to borrow and buy my own. It' unusual for private rentals not to provide for by the pool. The pool and gardens are maintained daily with the exception of weekend. The apartment itself i was clean and comfortable. It could have more clothes hangers for the amount of people it sleeps. There was a bit of clutter on the balcony as no storage and some maintenance needed however, this was a very nice apartment and excellent location.
