The house was well equipped and the owner very friendly. Some of the photos on the website are out of date ,e.g., the view from the terrace garden is completed obscured by overgrown trees. The drive up to the house is an unmade road so go carefully as there are potholes etc. The owner requires a cash deposit of 250 euros from which he will deduct electricity usage. We left 10 days ago and although the owner checked the property with me and said everything was fine and the house was very clean, we are still to receive our deposit back. The owner was a very nice man so I feel this is an oversight. The email address of the owner given by Belvilla is a wanadoo one so is out of date. It may be worth checking these things before booking.
