Small, cosy house "Le Glaude", 2 storeys, semi-detached, renovated in 2022, surrounded by meadows and fields. 1.5 km from the centre of Chiddes, 9 km from the centre of Luzy, outside the resort, 13 km from the centre of St. Honoré-les-Bains, in the district Parc Régional du Morvan, 18 km from the lake, 1 km from the river. Private: garden 300 m2 with trees, natural garden, meadow, parking on the premises. Supermarket 9 km, bus stop 9 km, railway station "Luzy" 9 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 13 km. Golf course (9 hole) 35 km, fishing possibilities 1 km. Nearby attractions: Bibracte 22 km, Beaune 80 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac des Settons 57 km, Lac de Pannecière 50 km. Hiking paths: Parc Naturel Régional du Morvan.
"Le Glaude", 3-room house 70 m2 on 2 levels. Fully renovated in 2022, rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, digital TV and wood-burning stove. Exit to the garden. Small kitchen 8 m2 (mini-oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Wooden floors, natural stone floors. Terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.

Heerlijk gezellig huisje

We hebben heerlijk een week gelogeerd met onze 2 honden, alles was heel schoon. Hele aardige gastvrouw en gastheer. De tuin was omheind dus de hondjes hebben heerlijk in de tuin gelopen/gelegen.

Hervorragend

Sehr netter Empfang durch den Vermieter. Es gab sogar ein Gastgeschenk. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht und es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen und das Porzellan aus Digoin ist toll. Wir haben die Terrasse genossen und unser Hund den Garten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Een fijn sfeervol vakantie huis.

Mooie stek, Schoon huis. Behulpzame en vriendelijk eigenaars. Verder van alle gemakken voorzien. Nu voor de 6e keer geweest, dat zegt wel wat. 2 negatieve puntjes...... Geen kledingkast, kan niks ophangen. En de oprit is stijl, lastig parkeren.

Heerlijk huis

We hebben enorm genoten van het huis en de omgeving. Le Glaude is heel goed uitgerust en voorzien van alle gemakken. De tuin ligt fijn in de zon en is rondom goed afgesloten zodat honden niet weg kunnen lopen. Wij gaan hier vaker komen.

Herzlicher Empfang, sehr nette Vermieter. Das Häuschen ist liebevoll und mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet, die Küche bestens ausgestattet. Betten waren bezogen, der Ofen war angeheizt. Eier von eigenen Hühner und anderes gab es obendrauf. Wo bekommt man das noch?

Eine wundervolle Woche

Eine ideale Basis für Spaziergänge in dieser wundervollen Landschaft des südlichen Morvan. Für sehr heiße Tage empfehlen wir den Besuch des Freibades in Luzy - nicht zu voll und hinreißend 'retro'. F. und V. sind sehr freundlich und haben uns mit allerhand Leckereien begrüßt. Grandios: die Cookies aus der Patisserie in Luzy.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, idyllischer Ort

Wir verbrachten eine Woche im Juni 2024 in Chiddes. Das Haus ist sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet, die Gastgeber wohnen gegenüber und sind hilfsbereit. Den kleinen Garten konnten wir aufgrund des regnerischen Wetters kaum nutzen, doch allein der Ausblick darauf war eine Freude. Die Heizung funktioniert, wir brauchten sie auch aufgrund der kühlen Nächte.

Totaler Friede

Wunderbares Häuschen, bestens eingerichtet, herrlicher Holzofen. Das grosse Bett ist himmlisch - selten so gut geschlafen! Extrem nette, aber unaufdringliche Vermieter. Viele bunte Eier von F. Federvieh zum Frühstück. Plus eine grosse Schachtel Bruteier geschenkt bekommen - mal sehen, was da so alles schlüpfen wird! Viel, viel Natur, sogar Nutrias gab es in überschwemmten Wiesen zu beobachten. Auch mein grosser Schäferhund hat sich hier wie zuhause gefühlt, merci beaucoup

Rust, ruimte, panoramisch

Minder geschikt voor mensen met een beperking, ( mijn vriendin van 72 jr. Slecht ter been) omdat b.v. slaapkamer boven is en 's-nachts via lastige trap, via woonkamer en keuken met op- afstapje toilet bereikt wordt. In ons geval was ook de afwatering douche lek, waardoor betegelde badkamervloer nat werd. Zou na ons verblijf gemaakt worden.
