Completely renovated villa with spacious sunny living room / dining room, open kitchen and there are 3 bedrooms. The villa is located in a quiet residential area of Koksijde-bad and just outside the center and opens onto the dune area. There is a large sunny wooden terrace with plenty of furniture and parking space for at least 3 cars. Layout On the ground floor are the hall with cloakroom and toilet, living room / dining room, open fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with its own bathroom with bath, toilet, sink and walk-in shower, a storage room with washing machine, dryer and "American style fridge / freezer" . Access to the terrace with fire bowl, BBQ and garden furniture (secured pond). On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms and toilet. 1 Bedroom with a double bed, desk and baby cot. 1 Bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 “cars” single bed and desk.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
