Casa Spasù is the ideal place to find peace and relaxation. Independent, in the historic center of the village of San Bartolomeo, it is arranged on two levels, in addition to the private entrance from the patio. You will find the bathroom with shower and bidet, the bedroom with wardrobe and drawers and a kitchenette overlooking the living room with sofa bed on the upper floor. The large terrace offers a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore and the Swiss Alps; here you can enjoy the sun and have lunch outdoors. Wi-Fi, two smart TVs with satellite channels, air conditioning and parking are available to guests. Casa Spasù is the starting point for numerous walks, or you can enjoy the beach (with diving and sailing centre) 5 minutes away on foot. Ascona with its golf club and shopping in Locarno are 15 minutes by car from Casa Spasù. Furthermore, from Cannobio you can also take the ferry to reach the Borromean Islands or any other town on Lake Maggiore.

Comfy place to stay with beautiful lake view

We stayed at Casa Spasù for one week with our 11 months old daugether. Our host kindly provided a baby bed for her. The contact with Federico was amazing throughout our stay and even before we arrived. We used our own baby bed (we brought ours because we didn‘t know for sure if she

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus genossen. Besonders schön war die Aussicht – morgens auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken oder abends den Blick auf die Lichter der umliegenden Orte zu genießen, war wirklich etwas Besonderes.Das Ferienhaus war bei unserer Ankunft sauber und ist insgesamt sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es erstreckt sich über drei Etagen und vermittelt gleichzeitig ein authentisches Gefühl für das Leben in einem kleinen italienischen Dorf am Lago Maggiore.Ein kleiner Hinweis: Durch den Bruchstein in der untersten Ebene herrscht dort eine gewisse Feuchtigkeit und es ist auch der typische Geruch von Naturstein wahrnehmbar. Für die Anreise mit viel Gepäck sollte man außerdem etwas fit sein, da man ein gutes Stück von der Unterkunft entfernt parken muss und anschließend durch enge Gassen und über einige Treppen zur Wohnung gelangt. Wir haben den Weg zunächst nicht auf Anhieb gefunden, aber nach einem kurzen Telefonat mit Frederico war das schnell geklärt.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Frederico hat schnell und unkompliziert auf unsere Fragen reagiert.Alles in allem ist das Ferienhaus eine schöne Unterkunft für alle, die eine authentische Atmosphäre in einem kleinen italienischen Dorf suchen und dabei nicht auf eine moderne Ausstattung und eine tolle Aussicht verzichten möchten.

Sehr ruhig

Die Unterkunft war klein, aber nicht eng. Man sollte aber gewillt sein, eine paar Treppenstufen bis zur Unterkunft hinter sich zu bringen. Wie haben es sehr genossen!
