We chose this home because of its exceptional location and peaceful marsh-front views. It offers the perfect balance—close to the beach and resort amenities, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of the island.

Surrounded by palm trees and natural beauty, the home provides a front-row seat to Fripp Island’s abundant wildlife. From the porches and windows, you’ll often spot crabs, fish, coastal birds, and deer in their natural habitat.

We’ve truly loved owning this home and spending time here, and we’re excited to share this special place with you and your family. We hope it becomes a setting for relaxation, connection, and memorable Lowcountry moments during your stay.

What makes this property unique

Our location has the best of everything, it's within walking distance to the community pool and crabbing dock, but still just a short golf cart ride to the beach, and an easy ride to all locations on the island. Our home is tucked in a Nautical Forest providing a unique and beautiful setting. Amenity Cards are available for purchase.
