Graveney holiday lettings

We were very impressed with this property. It decorated very tastefully and everything was clean and of a high standard. The location was perfect and met all of our needs with plenty of shops and food places around. We travelled as a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children aged 7, 11, 13 and 16). The flat was spacious enough for us all to stay comfortably. The bottles of water and snacks (crisps and biscuits) were a nice touch. Washing up liquid, toilet roll, towels, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner were all provided. We would highly recommend this property and we hope to stay again next time we come to London. The only downside was the paid parking but it's London so we should have expected to pay that! Thank you for a wonderful stay

After a sudden cancellation of another booking, we were helped with rebooking by Vrbo. We ended up in this nice house that exceeded expectations. Claudia was very helpful and answered all my questions. The house was very nice, nice clean rooms and a fantastic patio in the backyard. The kitchen had everything you needed. The area was absolutely wonderful with nice pubs and grocery stores. A short walk to the train station which took us into central London. Can really recommend this accommodation. Suitable for both adults and families with children.

Super location to access Wimbledon Championships. Close to Tooting Station. Fabulous standard of accommodation in quiet residential street

The property was exactly as advertised, lovely big spacious apartment, 9 of us stayed here with plenty of room. Ideal transport links for all over London.

This is a nice property and well appointed. The nearest station is Streatham Common and took us 13 minutes to walk, however there is a Number 60 bus that stops very close by both the property and the Station. The property has a courtyard garden at the front but it was so hot outside that we didn't use it. The aircon in the property was an absolute Godsend in the heatwave. There is also underfloor heating for colder days. Lidl is practically next door which was so helpful for transporting food and drinks back to the well appointed kitchen. The main living area is open plan: bright and spacious. The whole place was clean and tidy. For myself and my friend to have a weekend of catching up and keeping cool in the heat, this property perfectly suited our needs.
