Our lovely condo is the perfect get away - what can be more relaxing than being directly on the beach.
Casey Key belongs to the city of Nokomis which is a quiet town with lovely restaurants and bars and a beautiful long beach.
Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets from our beachfront terrace in front of your apartment or walk a few steps in the sand and sit
in one of our private chairs directly on the ocean.
Want more action ? Just a 20 minutes drive takes you to downtown Sarasota with fantastic nightlife and shopping possibilities.

Your apartment has one bedroom with a king bed and private bath. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. You find a fully equipped kitchen and a BBQ for our guests to use on the terrace. Your condo has a large glass sliding door so you can see the ocean from the living room and can enjoy the view under a/c as well.
We provide beach chairs, one umbrella and beach towels.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Beautiful property

View was excellent and so was location. Condo was great but bed pillows were the worst we have ever seen. A 20 expenditure could have been spent on a pillow upgrade.

We have stayed in several others like this along the Gulf Coast. THis was the best. Clean and comfortable inside and well appointed patio area outside. Steps to beautiful and never crowded Beach.

Perfect Getaway

This was a clean, spacious, beautiful space and incredible patio area. Ocean view was amazing. Short walk to the beach. Neighbors were friendly and helpful with local spots. Would recommend Casey Key and this condo to anyone.

Florida Get Away

We enjoyed our stay here in Nokomis. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect as we like to walk everywhere. Access was simple and good communication with Nina. The weather was chilly but hey, the sun was shining! Thank you for letting us stay at your little place.

On the beach

Property could be better for a beach getaway. Very nice and clean condo with everything you need, beach chairs, umbrella etc. Patio looking out to the gulf with high top and two chairs, two lounge and two regular chairs and grill. Step off the patio onto sand for a 30 second walk to the beach. The property is about a quarter mile from Nokomis beach parking and the drawbridge leading in for those familiar with the area. Highly recommend this property.

Couldn’t have asked for a better view!

We really enjoyed our stay on Casey Key. The unit was cute, clean and comfortable. It had just about everything we needed. Make sure to bring paper towels so you aren’t having to wipe you hands on their towels. The sunsets are amazing! There are a couple restaurants just down the street. Make sure you take the time to drive the entire Key, it’s beautiful. Did I mention the sunsets? They are amazing! :) We will be back!

Casey Key Gem

First trip to Casey Key, hopefully not our last. Its a hidden gem. Our opinion is you wont find a better beachfront property for a reasonable price. Dont waste money and stay on the gulf side. Sorry, but you cant beat walking out the front door onto the beach. Super clean, super convenient. And dont miss Pop's or Melissa's! The only thing id recommend is bringing your own beach chairs. The property does have some available but in limited numbers. Other than that we had a fantastic time.

This was to have been OUR first VRBO experience and it stunk! The owner and VRBO cancelled our reservation just 5 hours before check in, we had already loaded the car and were ready to start driving when we got the notification! Did I mention that this get a way was for our 51st Wedding Anniversary.

Nice Basic Stay

Overall we were satisfied with this property. The unit and its furnishings were standard and clean. Nothing fancy, but it did get the job done. The view from the unit was lovely and having a rinse station right there was great. We had turned in 1/2 of our towels and wanted more but we kept missing the maintenance man so we made due. The location was new to us and turned out to not be the best spot for our family. Be aware there is a quick drop off during both high ann low tides, and we encountered strong currents.On our 3rd day of 7, the water in the area turned to stinky greenish brown sludge (we later learned construction on just down the street had some sort of spill. So we had to travel to other areas to enjoy the beach. We do not blame the rental for this, but was still an inconvenience since we had purposely rented oceanfront with the intention of going in and out of the unit to the beach easily. If this were a hotel, I would give it 3 stars for quality.

Found condo clean and in good working order. First time staying in this area and enjoyed it very much. The condo is comfortable and access to the beach could not be better. The covered veranda makes a nice escape from the afternoon heat. Venice is a great small Florida town with great shops and restaurants. I highly recommend Prime Steakhosue. Our meal was awesome and service was excellent. The Casey Key area and Venice Beach area are great locations. It is our understanding that the area was significantly affected by the 2024 hurricane. While much has been repaired and open, severe damage and debris is still evident along the length of Casey Key Road. It’s a beautiful area with some magnificent homes. You can’t go wrong staying at this condo and Nina is great to respond promptly to questions.

Perfect location

Know that this unit is on a bottom floor with people above you and hopefully you aren't lucky enough to have children above you. The guest above us had her family with kids stay over multiple night, taking up an extra parking spot and noisy kids above. The parking situation is tight as is so add an extra vehicle and that's a problem.Pros:Location; private beach; comfortable outdoor furniture; plenty of beach gear to use; loved that there was a grill to useCons: Could use a very deep clean all over, particularly the shower groutOverall would choose to stay here again! Maybe different unit though!
