Enjoy fishing from our docks, park your boat onsite, and take a short stroll across the street to our private beach easement on the Gulf.

Located near the Albee Road Bridge, you're within walking distance to local favorites, including restaurants, Nokomis Beach, Gulf Harbor Marina, and the renowned Venice Jetty—known for some of the best fishing on the Gulf Coast.

Guests enjoy access to both beach and boat docks, with flexible daily and weekly stays available.

Skip the crowds of large resorts and unwind in a private, laid-back setting that captures the charm of Old Florida—where everything you need is just a short walk away.

Unit rate does not include nightly docking fee of $25-$35 per night. Subject to availability upon reservation. Trailer parking is not available on location. Please inquiry about details for local short-term trailer parking if needed.
