We have stayed at this property for the last four years and the experience has always been positive. There could be some improvements to the outdoor furniture, but other than that no issues.

Excellent value for the price

Lovely unit, wonderful locale, Brunswick plantation is great. Unit is very nice, but needs a deep clean from top to bottom. Cleaning people only surface clean, but linens and towels were very clean and fresh. Furniture in dining and living area extremely uncomfortable, too much furniture for the space. Excellent value for the price.

Beautiful location & great value

The owners were excellent about prepping us for exactly what to expect, from check-in (gated community, key logistics, etc) to what necessities could be found in the condo to check-out procedures. It's located in a beautiful, golf-centered community, and the area is nicely maintained. Also, the owners responded quickly by text when we had a question. Excellent value for the money. Highly recommend.

Nice for our Beach Trip…

Place was very clean and organized. Very roomy space - we enjoyed that. Kitchen appliances were top notch and just enough cooking pans, dishes. What a relief to have lots of hot water and great water pressure for post-beach showers! We enjoyed the back patio (covered by the second floor deck above) and liked our coffee while watching golfers tee-off on the beautifully landscaped fairway. Very upscale resort community - felt secure. To address earlier comments, we found the main TV size fine at maybe 36” or so. No ant/insect issues at all. Suggestions: No posted wifi - had to txt host. Lamps require some instructions - some won’t (apparently) turn on at lamp without wall switch flipped…we think:) That’s all we can think of! John was awesome and very responsive, timely with txt responses to questions. We would return :)

Uncomfortable Stay

We had several problems. 1: an ant infestation that required an exterminator. 2. The floors were dirty and we had to wash them. 3:The oven was so dirty that when I tried to bake something, the smoke alarm went off. 4: The hot tube was closed for more than half of the 31 days we were at the property

Great Location

we stayed here last minute for our honeymoon. The place had everything we could've needed. Sadly due to COVID, the pool was still closed, but we enjoyed the time sampling the abundant nearby restaurants and easy to drive to beaches.

We really enjoyed our stay. There is so much to do in the area- really something for everyone. The condo is spacious for a family, and the community is beautifully landscaped and well laid out.

Very nice condo, plenty of space and nice view of golf course. One problem we found was a shortness of kithen utensils, sharp knives, scissors, jar opener, special cleaner for stove top (after three weeks stay), serving bowls,butter dish, trash bags,, storage space for groceries. - well you asked!!
