The apartment is accessible through a stone ramp. Terrace equipped with garden table and chairs, large umbrella and barbecue. Countryside view, large outdoor space. Stone walls, ceilings with wooden beams, terracotta floor, Tuscan style arches. The entrance opens onto the living/dining room, well-equipped kitchenette, electric oven and rings, toaster. In the living room sofa, sofa-bed single, satellite TV and free Wi-fi. One bedroom with double bed, Two bathrooms with wc/bidet/shower, Washing machine in the house. Suitable for 2 guests. Bed linen, bath towels and cloth included; weekly change of them. Heating on request 10 Euro every 4 hours. The swimming pool is shared with 4 other units (mt.10X5,50 depth 140cm), it’s fenced. Tourist tax 2,00 Euro per person per night, excluding children up to 14 years. The village of Tavarnelle is within walking distance and is 1 km away, where there are shops, restaurants, bars, supermarket, banks, post office, pharmacy, church and bus to Florence and Siena. The location is strategic, located in the heart of Chianti, near Certaldo, Greve, Castellina, San Gimignano. About an hour and a half from the Val d'Orcia (Montepulciano, Pienza). You arrive in Florence in 30 minutes and Siena in 40 minutes, Volterra (50 minutes) and continuing you get to the Etruscan Coast (Cecina, San Vincenzo, Marina di Castagneto, and Bolgheri) Pisa (60 minutes) The sea of Versilia is about 1 hour and a half (Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi). Florence airport can be reached in 40 minutes.
