Wonderful stay in Bellano at a comfortable, relaxing apartment that was dog-friendly. The view was 5 stars! The restaurant right down the road, Crotto, was authentic. It is close to attractions in Bellano but be prepared to walk directly uphill on your way home. Massimo was was a very responsive host. Great communication.

The apartment lounge has a lovely view of the lake. The bedroom window however faces a stone wall so no view at all and rather dark. The bathroom is a good size with a washing machine. Lounge/ kitchen is also a good size but all the furniture and dishes are a bit tired and basic. Only Two cereal bowls, ( one chipped). No stemmed wine glasses. Only 1 mug etc. no tourist info - we found a great, free tourist bus to town and it wasn’t mentioned. So limited effort put in to help visitors
