Our stay was exactly as advertised... wonderful!The elevator was working, but the stairs were totally doable as well.The apartment was bright with a stunning view. Our contact with the host was easy and timely. Bed was comfortable and there was ample space for all our things. Would definitely recommended!

We had an overall wonderful stay at this property. Spacious and comfortable. Very close to train station which made it easy to get around.

The location was perfect. Those with gluten sensitivity will love Leopoldo just next door. It’s a chain and they have many locations with a full gluten free pastry menu.The Chiaia funicular to the top of the hill provides a short walk to the S. Elmo castle that you can also see from the balcony of the unit. The elevator is tiny but worked just fine.The AC worked well in the two bedrooms and the living space.The train station is just steps away and there are many additional shops and restaurants that are close by. Stayed 4 nights - tooj trains to Pompeii and the National Archeology Museum one day, took Taxi to Viator small group tour starting point for the Herculaneum and Mt Vesuvius small group tour and then train back to unit the second day. The Victor tour was well worth it.Would definitely recommend the location within the city and the unit to others who need 2 bedrooms and don’t mind hiking the 1000 hills of Naples.

This was the worst experience I have ever had had while using a platform to book a place for vacation. Dealing with Wonderful Italy was a nightmare from the beginning. Do not expect a return reply message to question about check in or even if you have a bathroom full of water leaking in the hall and bedroom at 10 at night. We used all of our towels to mop up the plumbing issue that happened in the 1st night. Only one person was able to take a shower/bath. The rest of us could not bathe for 2 days because we had no dry towels and the apartment did not have a washer. After 5 long phone calls to VRBO we finally got clean towels on our last day and they sent a plumber out. because of the plumbing issue the apartment had a strong sewer smell the entire time. Vrbo also tried numerous times to reach out to wonderful Italy with no luck to help until the third day. If you see a property managed by wonderful Italy, I would stay clear and choose another property. The refund offered was a laughable joke from wonderful Italy.

Loved everything about our stay. The apartment was beautiful and well organized. Nice lighting, very quiet in a lovely area close to Piazza Amadeus, the metro and Certosa Funicular. There was excellent air conditioning and strong wifi. It was a great area to walj aling the Lungomare at Sunset. Plenty of taxis at the metro station, a cute cafe very close, and supermarket 5 minutes walk. We did not cook much but pots and pans were good quality. There was no oil, salt, herbs, etc. We would definitely stay here again! It felt so comfortable at the end of a long day sightseeing. There are a few stairs in the lobby. Next to the street entrance is a small shop with eggs, meat, pasta, produce. We felt very safe.

Bella Napoli - Bella Apartment

Die Unterkunft (Apartement liegt im 9.Stock!) liegt super zentral mit einer tollen Aussicht. Metro und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und wohnlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Objekt jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
