The place was nice and clean. Price was great for what you receive. Owner was communicative when we had issues with the shower and WiFi. WiFi was slow throughout our stay and I had to get an eSIM. A homeless man slept outside the door to the entrance of the place but we didn’t feel unsafe. Lots of noise from the apartment upstairs very early around 4am and I think they had kids that kept running around quite a bit.
Yes some nuisance but the price was good and the apartment had all the amenities. All in all not a bad stay, even given all the circumstances.

Thank you for your review. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay!
As we rent out all three apartments on vrbo, sometimes there can be guests who come with small children and they can be a little bit noisy. It happens quite rarely though.
In terms of the homeless person, we arranged an extra door that would block the entrance to the terrace of our building, so there will not be any homeless people sleeping on the terrace going forward.
In terms of internet, we have installed the most expensive option available in the market. We guess sometimes it can just be a bit slow.
