Casa Porta di Cielo is located in an oasis of natural beauty, coolness and tranquility, nestled on the eastern shore of Lake Como, in the hamlet of Grasagne di Vestreno (Valvarrone), directly above Dervio (LC). Lobelia's apartment has a double bed in the living room/kitchen area and a bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower and toilet. The living area is equipped with a gas kitchenette, fridge, kettle. An equipped balcony will allow you to enjoy a spectacular view on lake Como and the surrounding mountains. Casa Porta di Cielo has (for shared use from 15.04 to 15.10) a swimming pool located in the center of the garden, with a large solarium where to live unforgettable moments of relax. The covered barbecue area (for common use) is located near the swimming pool and is equipped with table and benches, easily reachable from a stony staircase leading down from the car park. Each apartment has a free parking lot reserved in the house's fenced car park. The feeling of peace and tranquility that you can breathes at Casa Porta di Cielo, thanks also to the proximity of woods and mountain trails, makes you think of being far from inhabited centers but, in reality, they are just a handful of minutes away and can be reached by car, bike or on foot: - the historic center of Dervio, less than 10' by car and about 15' by bike, while to reach the lakeside and the beaches 15' to 20'. - the town of Vestreno is about 5' by bike and 10' on foot. - The town of Varenna is about 20' away by car. In Dervio there are shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the train station (Milan-Sondrio-Milan line).
