About this property

One of the most beautiful properties in Palm Springs, outstanding contemporary architecture, in a spectacular setting. Our 4,800 sq foot home was built in 2017 to the highest standards. The small estate of which we are part was awarded the best production house in North America by the American Institute of Architects.

Our home boasts a huge Great Room, breathtaking Master Suite including steam shower, and enormous his+her closet space. In addition, there are three highly comfortable guest rooms, all en-suite. There is also a media room with 60'' TV and surround sound; in addition a music streaming system that operates throughout the house.

The house has every possible comfort, at the highest spec. The outside space is lavish, with a 45'' foot salt water lap-pool, 6-person (or more!) spa, outdoor shower, dining with seating for 8, sheltered seating gazebo, and full grill/outdoor fridge. There is a separate patio area off the dining area, lovely for morning coffee or for afternoon shade. Pick the limes for your cocktails from your own tree!

The furniture throughout is top-quality, Poltrona Frau, Cassina, Artek, Poul Kjaerholm, Arne Jacobsen, Mies van der Rohe, all original pieces, mostly shipped by us from Europe.

Each bedroom has a king-size bed of highest quality and comfort. We use Frette bedding and towels.

The kitchen area has a 25 foot island, two ovens, microwave, two dishwashers, fridge-freezer, and wine cooler. There is also a walk-in pantry, utility room with top-end Electrolux washer and dryer, and the piece de resistance.. a wine room with two vast Sub-Zero wine coolers!

The neighbourhood is exclusive, with the house behind security gates. Sunrise (particularly from the Master Bedroom), and sunset are spectacular. The area is very peaceful, and there are bike-rides (two bikes in the garage), and hiking literally from the front door. There is a 3 car garage off a private driveway.
This is an oasis of calm, privacy (the house and gardens are not overlooked), and luxury, just 5 minutes south from downtown Palm Springs, and surrounded by mountains.

We are convinced you will not find anything comparable in terms of standard, design, or location.

Fabulous!

The home is everything you anticipate and more! The kitchen is very well supplied especially if you enjoy staying home to prepare meals. The beds and bedding make for wonderful night sleeps. The media room is great if you enjoy watching live sports. The views from the home are spectacular! Peter was extremely pleasant to deal with and anything we needed was handled immediately. Palm Perfect getaway from the winter cold

We have been coming to PS for 15 years to escape the midwest winters. Palm Perfect is a fitting description for this lovely home. We actually viewed these homes during construction as we always stay in this neighborhood. It's the perfect balance of unobstructed mountain views and close to PS. The pool and yard are amazing and plenty of pool towels for everyone. So much attention to detail in this property, from the clean white linens and super comfy beds to the style and decor. The kitchen has every possible tool you could imagine and the sub-zero wine cooler was put to good use. Everything is electronically powered and perfectly labeled so there is no confusion on how to handle the house music, individually controlled blinds, or the gate. The owner was across the globe and responded to any questions we had within a few hours or less no matter the time. We loved this property and would happily stay again and again and again! Thank you for having us and sharing your beautiful home

Beautiful Home and Property

Wonderful home in a great location with fantastic mountain views. Layout and design of home are both pleasing and welcoming. The mountains are walking distance from the house and the views are sensational. This was our first time staying in the Indian Canyon neighborhood in South Palm Springs and we loved the ability to walk out of the house and go on hikes. Peter, the owner, is great and easy to communicate with. We were sad to leave at the end of our month long stay.

Uber luxe

A property of this quality is rare in Palm Springs. The house is new and everything in it has been selected carefully. If you are accustomed to living with the finest, this home will not disappoint you in any way. We stayed five weeks and had a couple of normal glitches in that time which the property manager and the owners remedied immediately. I can't say enough about the property; it's as close to perfect as you'll find.
