Great base for access to the best cycle routes in the area. Comfortable property with great facilities.

Perfect stay in an amazing location for a sport week.

Perfect stay in an amazing location for a sport week. We stayed for 9 days and did not run out for cycle / run routes. Also a 25 minute walk to the lake which was perfect for some afternon swim training.

The house is clean, fairly well equipped, and the host was responsive.

The house is clean, fairly well equipped, and the host was responsive. However, several important points are worth noting for future guests : Only the living room, kitchen, and one out of the seven bedrooms have air conditioning, and the unit in that bedroom is very noisy. Due to the intense heat in the other rooms, we asked the host for portable fans, which he declined, and we had to buy our own just to be able to sleep (and took them with us when leaving of course). Additionally, the living areas are upstairs directly above the bedrooms, and the floor lacks soundproofing, meaning every footstep and sound echoes clearly below. Lastly, accessing the pool and pool house requires either walking through the bedroomsgoing all the way around the outside of the property.

We were two families, 5 children/youths 4 adults. Pool area very good, clean house. As a base for training cycling/triathlon this house is very nice. For holidays with family Banyoles is too quite, at least for our kids. Distance to the lake is maybe a bit too long to walk. Nice running distance, running around the lake and back is 9-10 km. Had a incident with ants but it was quickly resolved and guess it is no problem in spring/ fall period. Adults did road biking in the mornings and perfect as a starting point for great routes. BBQ area down by the pool is cozy. All in all great for training spring/ fall. Summer very nice for slow living.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa conforme en tous points à la description et aux photos. Les 15 couchages annoncés étaient de vrais lits confortables, parfaits pour accueillir tout notre groupe. La maison était propre, spacieuse et très bien équipée, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour agréable. La grande piscine a fait le bonheur de tous. L’hôte était disponible et réactif en cas de besoin, ce qui a été très rassurant. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter et y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Wir haben hier Mitte Februar ein Trainingslager

Wir haben hier Mitte Februar ein Trainingslager mit einem Radsportteam gemacht. Die Unterkunft war perfekter Ausgangsort für Radtouren, verkehrsam und ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer waren zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Küche ebenfalls, wobei wir froh waren, für 15 Personen noch ein paar grosse Pfannen und Schüsseln mitgenommen zu haben. Einkaufsgelegenheiten sind mit dem Auto sehr nahe und schnell erreichbar. Internet gibt es im ganzen Haus. Es gab immer genügend warmes Wasser, und das Haus war angenehm geheizt. Den Pool konnten wir saisonbedingt nicht geniessen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gut unterhalten.

Es una casa muy espaciosa y con múltiples servicios.

Es una casa muy espaciosa y con múltiples servicios. La ubicación es buena y hay zonas para pasear. Además está cerca del Estany de Banyoles. Hay algunas estancias que no están demasiado adaptadas para su uso como dormitorio, ya que no tienen armarios mesitas de noche, etc.

Casa ideal para 8 personas muy coperativa.

Una casa ideal para trabajar. Fuimos para hacer un retiro de escritores el wiffy funcionaba perfectamente en toda la casa. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada (aunque la batidora no funcionara) Algunas de las camas no eran muy comodas. 1 baño arriba para 6 personas era muy justo. Las camas en el cuaro de estar abajo no eran practicas para un grupo de desconocidos.

Un séjour vraiment très agréable. La maison est très grande, nous étions 8 adultes, 6 ados, 2 jeunes enfants, nous ne nous sommes pas du tout marchés sur les pieds. Le WiFi est nickel. La télé connectée est géniale avec abonnement à Netflix et prime vidéo notamment. La maison est vraiment bien équipée. un tout petit bémol, concernant la climatisation qui n'arrive pas dans toutes les chambres. La piscine est aussi très grande et agréable, en particulier le coin douche et toilettes à proximité très pratique. L'hôte est hyper réactif, aidant, efficace et bienveillant. J'y retournerai avec plaisir 😊.
