This comfortable beachfront condo is perfect for coastal getaways. The condo overlooks the beach with great views of two pools and the beach. Restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities are close by and free two/car parking included. You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, the ambiance, and the neighborhood. It's a great vacation spot for couples and families (with kids). Many of the 5 star reviews mention how well-stocked the condo is with kitchen needs, linens, beach towels and chairs as well as games, books, and DVDs. Steps to the beach without crossing any roads. Pool area has two free grills for your grill-outs.

My goal is to create a true home away from home where you can relax, recharge, and enjoy everything that makes New Smyrna Beach special. I chose this condo because it sits in what I truly believe is the best complex in town — a place where comfort, ocean views, and an easygoing coastal vibe come together to make every stay unforgettable.

Why they chose this property

This condo offers something truly rare — a 22‑foot wall of sliding glass that frames the beach and pool like a living postcard. Every sunrise feels like a private show. The space has been thoughtfully renovated with modern coastal style: stainless steel appliances, new cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a plush pillow‑top bed for a great night’s sleep. There’s even smart storage under the guest bed to keep luggage out of the way. It’s a peaceful, comfortable retreat designed for effortless relaxation.
