Great vacation property!! The pool and hot tub were amazing after a long day, property is as listed, plus more. Whenever questions arose had almost immediate reply, I definitely reccomend no matter the reason for visit. Close to everything!!
The house was very clean and well stocked with the basics and essentials which made it easier to not have to pack or buy as much. House was located in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and spa was very nice and well maintained. The heat in the spa and pool worked extremely well.
The house is a great house, good location. Had all the basic stuff you need. Mattress and bed sheets in the primary room are in need of an upgrade. You have to pay for the heat for the pool, which is fine, but its not advertise, and they ask for a deposit even if you buy the insurance through Vrbo. It was refunded, but it is something the customer needs to prepare for.We will book the same house again if we are back in the area.

The insurance paid to VRBO does not to cover Breakages/Damages by a guest in the property. It's only part of the contract between a Guest and VRBO and has nothing to do with the rental. The advertisement clearly states that a Security Deposit will be required to protect the owner.
No extra amenities. Toilets and toilet paper holders and microwave were cracked. No extra blankets paper towels or toilet paper. No shampoo conditioner or body wash provided. Did not like going through a third to have to contact about any issues.

The Property is clearly listed as a 'Self Catering' property in the description. Supermarkets are nearby.
Once we were settled in, everything was great. I was disappointed at the first impression walking in as the bare minimum is supplied (1 dishcloth, 1 dishwasher pod, 1 trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 hand soap for the entire house). The house could use a deep clean (blinds and decor were very dusty, glass shower doors had soap scum, pool and deck area had mildew in the cracks). The mattresses and pillows could be upgraded, as well as some of the bed linens that were very worn, and the kitchen towels. However, communication with the property management company was excellent with any questions we had. For the price, we shouldn't expect a 5-star place. Everything worked overall, and we had a wonderful time.
Biggest complaint: The master bedroom King Bed was brick hard and according to Google Lens is 20-30 years old. First night we slept on what felt like 2x4s and woke up sore and worn out from tossing all night. We purchased a 125 foam mattress topper from Walmart and that helped. Secondly, the place looked outdated. The microwave had several snapped/broken pieces, bathroom toilet bowl cover was cracked and glued, the toilet paper dispenser what cracked and glued. The bedroom TVs were tiny and inadequate. Furniture had water spots and bubbling, due to being cheap laminated items. Lastly, the back sliding doors Must be better secured for safety. The cheap and light weight sliding rods do not easily or fully lock and the original door hardware locking features do not work/latch at all. Main takeaway is the owner really must invest some in updating this rental ASAP. For a resort area near Disney, this home is subpar for the moderate nightly price.

Got a nice comment from the guest so strange they never mentioned any of these things. So Google Lens thinks the bed is older than the house!
