El Carmel holiday lettings

As a group of 11 women celebrating my 60th birthday, I have to say I am super impressed. From booking the villa, to contact prior to arrival, to our stay. Imanol, Marco and Olga were all amazing. I arranged food on arrival, cars both from the airport and for trips out, and a chef, all through prior contact with them, and they could not have been more helpful. Olga was amazing… 11 ladies of a certain age is a bit like herding cats, but she dealt with any issues we had and went over and above. Olga was like having our own personal helper if we had any queries and it was never any problem to her, even coming in early every day to put the coffee machine on. The villa is fabulous. It was clean, beautifully decorated and well kitted out, even to the point of having spices, oils, coffee and so many cooking utensils, everything is thought of. The games room was a fabulous addition and we made the most of it. We had a ball and would highly recommend to anyone who are thinking of going. Our only negative, and it is minor, was that it was hard to get a taxi to come to the house as it is bit out of the way, but this was very minor and public transport is very close by. Well done you guys, you are professional and made our trip incredible. We loved it.

We had 4 lovely nights in Barcelona and the apartment in Gracia served us well. It was a very comfortable, clean and modern apartment and well equipped, much better and more reasonable than squeezing into a hotel room. Maria met us and was very helpful. Do make use of the buses to Pl Catalunya and the Tourist Bus (from Traverse de Dalt) as it's a lot closer than the Joanic metro stop (though that's v handy too). We found a good local restaurant, Soco, that opens earlier than most others, which was a good find for our last night. Thank you.

Marta made us so welcome, lots of useful information and very friendly - even booked us a nice restaurant for my wife’s birthday the day we arrived (L’arroseria Xativa Gracias). The apartment was awesome, beautifully decorated and furnished, big enough for our family of five, clean and well equipped and great for park guell and getting onto the L3 metro from where we could explore Barcelona. Will be back one day.
