This is a perfect location to enjoy the wonderful Gràcia neighborhood and surrounding sites. It is easy to get to many attractions by walking, the subway or quick uber ride. My only complaints is that the AC did not cool the bedrooms well and it can be noisy. But I would stay here again given the space, location and ease of working with the host.

We stayed in this lovely apartment during the Festa Major de Gràcia, which was an incredible experience. There was literally a stage set up across from the little balcony so we were able to experience one of the stages without having to leave the blessed air conditioning (it was very hot and humid in Barcelona in August) and got to see the castelleros make a human pyramid and the award's ceremony. This also meant that the windows rattled until 3 am with the amplified music of the bands (which I am not complaining about and was not the host's fault, just an FYI if you decide to stay during the festivities you should plan to pack ear plugs or stay out late). We are a family of 4 and the apartment was great and comfortable for the four of us. As someone else noted the a/c is only in the kitchen and not strong enough to cool the bedrooms down to like 72 degrees on a very hot day, but it was certainly better than no a/c. The host was easy to communicate with and laid back. Super neighborhoody feel, we really enjoyed it!

The apartment is beautiful, clean, and overlooks a lovely and lively plaza. It is close to several metro stops in a walkable and beautiful neighborhood. It was perfect for our small family. The owner and manager Lucas were extremely communicative, reply quickly, and are incredibly kind.

Excellent location! Apartment was exactly how it was listed. We really only used it for cleaning up and sleeping for a couple of nights while we made busy for 3 days in the area before out cruise. We had 4 adults and 1- 6 yr old. We had plenty of room, great hot water & pressure and beds were comfortable. We felt very safe in the neighborhood area and the square was full of locals & families most of the day. The prices on food and items around the square were very cheap/reasonable being out of the touristy areas but yet close to walk to touristy spots. One of our favorite restaurants was in the same building, the Curuba Cafe! We had coffee and snacks multiple times. Very good and great value for the . Although they did not sell alcohol, we could buy it "take away" from neighbor restaurant to eat with our food from Curuba. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again ourselves.

The location is amazing and couldn’t have been better for our plans. Very convenient to all things but not too busy. Opens to a plaza so we expected a lot of noise but it wasn’t too loud. Our kids liked being able to run around with other children. The rooms are a good size and kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need. Living spaces are clean and large. The washing machine is a plus and bathroom is nice. Communication was good, the property manager isn’t your main point of contact for everything but Lucas, the bar owner below the property who coordinated access, is responsive and helpful. I think there could be improvements in the way of more comfortable beds. I’m not very particular but these were not good. The windows and interior doors do not close all the way so sounds can carry through from the outside and light from other rooms. But, it’s an older building so possibly typical of the area. Outside of the beds, those things did not impact us much given the time of year we visited. Overall it was a great stay.

Très bel appartement, soigné et bien propre, dans lequel tout est mis à disposition pour s’y sentir très bien!Nous y avons passé deux jours à cinq en famille, l’emplacement était assez pratique pour voir les principaux lieux touristiques à pied.La place où est située l’appartement est mignonne, il faut s’attendre à avoir de l’animation jusqu’à un peu tard dans la nuit pour les chambres donnant sur la place.Le matelas de la chambre parental côté cours pourrait être remplacé pour être plus agréable (on sent les ressorts).

Amazing location in a charming neighborhood! We walked everywhere and loved the overall vibe. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper as the noise from the square is very pronounced and can go very late.

Excellent appartement situé au coeur de Barcelone

Cet appartement situé en plein coeur de barcelone est une veritable pépite. En plus d'être bien situé, l'appartement est fonctionnel et equipé.
