This family-friendly property is conveniently located for trips into central London (17-minute journey from Surbiton station) and nearby Kingston. With a garden and free on-street parking, this fully-equipped cottage is ready to welcome the whole family or sharers.
With nearby attractions such as Chessington World of Adventures, Hampton Court Palace, and Kingston, there is so much to do. Then you can kick back and relax in the 2 living/dining rooms and sleep well in the comfortable beds.

The space
Welcome to this modernized cottage, that is comfortable and homely.

Living Room 1

The first living room has a comfortable oversized L-shape sofa, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. With a feature fireplace, this room is a nice place to sit down for a chat or a read.

Living/Dining Room

This multipurpose room is at the heart of the home and has a sofa to relax on and a TV. There is room for 4 to dine at the table. This room opens onto the kitchen

Kitchen

The fully stocked kitchen has plenty of room to rustle up breakfast or an evening meal.

Bedroom 1

This room has a double bed, with an ensuite wc and basin. It has a wardrobe and a comfortable platform bed. There is a cooling unit for warmer months.

Bedroom 2

There is a bunk bed with a small double on the bottom and a single on top, together with another single bed. There is a cooling unit for when the weather is warm.

Bathroom

The family bathroom features a claw foot bathtub and a separate stand-in shower. Please note, if you are especially tall you may find the stand-in shower a little low.

Guest access
Guests will have the entire house to themselves.

DURING YOUR STAY
* Standard check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am.
* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them
*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* The property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access.
* The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organized on request for an additional charge
*We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll.
*Please respect my lovely neighbors and refrain from excessive noise or music at antisocial hours.
