Our stay at South Kensington was exceptional. The flat was conveniently located within easy distant of restaurants, bakeries and the Gloucester road tube station. The flat is lovely with large rooms and nicely furnished. The washing machine didn’t work and later in the week the dryer was not working. Amr and Melanie had a technician the next day to repair these machines.After long days of sight seeing, it was reassuring knowing that we would be returning to this lovely flat.

The apartment is as listed and shown.The communication was great and getting in and out was easy. Everything you would need is in the apartment, although we did not really have "stay in" days and never made meals to eat at home. As a family of four with two teenage daughters, having the space and the two bathrooms is a win!It seemed very new and updated. Close to 2 underground stations and coffee and small grocery stores. At first, I was surprised it was a downstairs entry, but wikth suitcases and everything it was easier and felt VERY safe. There was a local restaurant called Eli's we would recommend and next door is a gelato place. Those were good spots close to home. Otherwise, I give this place a a 5 star. To the owners, I would add that more towels would be helpful. I tried to do a wash in the machine but it seemes very different than our US ones. I would recommend wholeheartedly as a stay in S Kensington.

Exceptional Property and Perfect location!

Our family of four stayed in this beautiful, fully renovated property for the first week of June. During our stay, we all raved about this apartment. We were looking for a place in South Kensington, and this was the perfect location. The property was 5 minutes to the Tube and also to bus stops, which made it so easy for us to get around London. There were also plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in the neighborhood, which made it so convenient to get coffee or a meal. The property is exactly as pictured and maintained so well!! They did such a good job with making sure you had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The property owner was excellent about communication and the check in was easy. I will absolutely stay in this property upon my return to London!
