Hello Michelle, Thank you for your comments they are well noted. The mattress is a quality one but if you found it too hard there was also a 3 inch memory foam top available in the walk-in. As for the pool I suppose it is a rule all-over Florida the pools are open down to dusk.

Kerry, I’m truly sorry you feel this way, but I must clarify the facts. On the day of your check-in, we had a conversation where you initially decided to leave. I offered you a full refund and informed you that another family was interested in the condo. However, later that same day, you wrote back saying that you had decided to stay, requested that I cancel the other family, and mentioned you had sufficient supplies and felt safe in the building. After spending the night and using the condo’s amenities, you decided to leave the next day and asked for a full refund. Despite the refund policy that you agreed to when booking, I offered you a credit for a future stay as a gesture of goodwill. You also contacted VRBO, and they confirmed that no refund was possible through their platform. I further offered to refund you for any overlapping days if someone else booked the condo during your stay, provided you canceled your reservation with VRBO. Unfortunately, you did not respond and kept the booking active, which blocked the condo for the remainder of your stay. Your review does not reflect the quality of service I provide to my guests, please find below the messages you sent me after you checked in. "Hi Vlad, thank you for being so thorough & looking at options. We’ve decided to stay with the possibility of extending past our week, if available, but we don’t know yet.
