The house is located 5 minutes from Pozzallo, 20 minutes from Modica, 25 minutes from Marzamemi, and 25 minutes from Noto. A coastline stretching over 10 km with sandy beaches perfect for strolling.<br>Just 350 metres away, you’ll find restaurants, a supermarket, an emergency clinic, and beach clubs.<br>The villa is 300 metres from the sea—a 5-minute walk. Across the street is a shortcut leading to the beach. The holiday home is fully equipped, including a barbecue and two bicycles for exploring the area.<br>A 6-meter-by-3-meter above-ground pool with a depth of 1.32 metres provides fun and refreshment on hot days.
