This apartment is located at ground zero of Venice, if you are arriving by train or car you are just one bridge crossing away from the apartment. The main bridge you can cross even has ramps so you are able to roll your luggage over the steps. No need to hire an expensive water taxi, which is ideal if you are traveling in a larger group. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and comfortable for a group of 6 travelers. I highly recommend if you are coming to visit Venice and are looking for more space than your average hotel. On thing to note is that this location is a 25 minute walk from San Marco square however if you are able to walk that it is worth it to stay away from the crowds.
