Large family home with seafront plot on the edge of a forest.

Family house of 130 m² on enclosed land planted with 1000 m² on the edge of the national forest of Longeville, at the end of a private dead end.
The beach and shops are a 15-minute walk away (5 minutes by bike per cycle path).
The house is very close to walking trails, the fitness trail and the many cycle paths.

It is composed of 4 bedrooms each with a sink and access to the outside, a kitchen, a large living dining room, an indoor bathroom, independent indoor toilet, as well as an outdoor bathroom called "playa" with WC.
