Three bedroom, two bath home in the La Quinta Cove with pool and spa. (Please note: Spa heat included in quote; pool heat is not.) Open concept living and dining with cathedral ceiling. Comfy sofa and chairs. and 48 inch smart tv. New well-furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances granite countertops and views of the pool and mountains. Craftsman dining table is set for six but can be expanded to 10 for family gatherings.

Large master bedroom with California King bed, craftsman furniture and 39 inch smart tv. Equally large master bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower, large tub, and a separate water closet.

Two additional well appointed bedrooms with queen beds, television, ceiling fans and large closets. Updated guest bath with new vanity and toilet.

Front yard pool and spa have views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. There are four relaxing loungers with a large umbrella, benches and cafe table. French doors from the kitchen give easy access to drinks and refreshments. (Pool heat an additional $125/day November to March, $100/day April to October or as used for stays over 7 days.) Guests with children under 12 must agree that children will not be in the pool area without an adult

In the backyard there are citrus trees -- Meyer lemons while they last -- and a large 4 burner grill with table and chairs for outside dining. Drink your morning coffee under the covered patio or nap in the extra large hammock.

A pet is allowed with a $150 non-refundable fee. Dogs have their own fenced dog run. Additional pets at $50 up to three. No more than two large dogs or three medium/small dogs.

The house is in a friendly neighborhood two blocks from the Bear Creek Desert Preserve trail for hiking and biking. And five minutes to quaint La Quinta Village for dining, shopping and coffee. Fifteen minutes to Polo Grounds for Coachella and Stagecoach. Golf is readily available on the 120 courses located in the Valley.

The daily rental rate does not include spa or pool heat, however spa heat is included in the quote at $25/day.
Pool heat can be added for $125 per day November through March. $100/day April through October.
