Casa Foglia Verde - Immersa nel Parco

A detached house nestled in the tranquility of nature.
The house is located in the hills overlooking Lerici and is equipped with every comfort. It features a large private outdoor area where you can relax, have lunch, exercise, or simply enjoy nature.
An excellent location for hiking and outdoor activities, as well as for accessing the beaches and the area’s main attractions.
The Space
The house is spread over three levels: the ground floor is accessed through a spacious veranda equipped with curtains for privacy and shade, a large table, and a relaxation area with armchairs and a wood-burning stove. From there, you enter the living/dining room, which features another table, a sofa, and a TV. The small but fully equipped kitchen opens onto this room. Stairs lead from the dining room to the main living area. Here you’ll find a bookshelf with a small work nook and a very comfortable sofa bed with a memory-foam mattress. The ground floor also features a bathroom and a walk-in closet. Stairs lead to the bedroom, which has a double bed.
On the ground floor, there is also a small laundry room with a separate entrance.
Each floor has its own separate entrance. As you can see from the photos, the interior stairs do not have railings. Therefore, please exercise caution. Please also note that, although the house can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, the bedroom and the living room where the sofa bed is located are open to each other and separated only by the stairs; therefore, there is no door separating them. Additionally, to access the bathroom from the bedroom, you must pass through the living room.
Private parking is available for a couple of cars.
Guest access
The house and garden are available for guests’ full use.
Other things to keep in mind
Please note that the house is in an easily accessible yet secluded location.
The road leading to the property is partly unpaved. Low-clearance vehicles are not suitable for this road. If necessary, you can park a short distance away.
The garden is very large and features uneven ground and terraces that could be dangerous for children who are not properly supervised.
Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available.
A tourist tax of 4€ per person per night (for the first 5 nights) is due at check-in. This does not apply to children under 12 years of age. Upon arrival, you will be asked to present a valid ID, which you are required to provide so that we can report the presence of our guests as required by the municipality.

Please note that the garden requires weekly maintenance by a gardener. Guests will be notified of the maintenance days prior to their stay.
