"Alloggio Fiascherino" with 50m2 terrace and fantastic sea view

The apartment has a Living Room with open kitchen with island, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace with Jacuzzi and stunning sea view.

The apartment was completely renovated in spring 2016 and renovated.
For the renovation, only selected and high-quality materials are used. Each room has air conditioning.

The house is located in the Gulf of Poets, above the beaches of Fiascherino in Tellaro. One reaches this through a path on foot in less than 5 minutes. With the bus one is in few minutes in Lerici. From here there is a good boat connection to La Spezia, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre. The house has a car park and garage with shower, where you can store the beach stuff. The apartment also an olive grove belongs below the house.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig mit wunderbarer Sicht am Ende einer kleinen Bergstrasse. Die Wohnung ust sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter und der Verwalter vor Ort waren gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Der Whirlpool mit der grandiosen Aussicht ist sicher das Highlight. Die Umgebung ist mit Autobund Bahn roll zu erkunden.

Incredible location

We wanted to visit the Cinque Terre but I am so pleased that we did not stay there. This property was amazing. Every modern convenience, a beautiful patio with hot tub and the best views. Fiascherino is located between Lerici and Tellaro. Both are within walking distance. So is the beach. We liked walking but there is a regular bus service to Lerici and from there you can take the boat to the Cinque Terre.

Ultra modern apartment with fantastic view over Gulf of Poets

Spotless and fully equipped accommodation with comfortable furniture/beds and a large terrace from which to view the ships/yachts/boats in the Gulf. Ten minute walk to the delightful fishing village of Tellaro, and ten minute bus ride to Lerici, where the ferries depart for Portovenere and the Cinque Terre. The beaches in Fiascherino are mainly gravel and are extremely busy at weekends - beach clubs operate sunbeds/umbrellas on most of them. The price to pay for the superb view from the apartment is a steep hill from the road running through town, which provided our daily workout. The hot tub on the terrace provided a welcome treatment for weary legs. Our favourite restaurants were IL Fico and La Caletta where seafood was cooked to perfection and the service was efficient and engaging. Overall an excellent place from which to explore the area, and highly recommend it.

Beautiful apartment with excellent facilities. Amazing views over the Gulf of Poets

Apartment well stocked and very clean. Everything you could need was supplied even equipment for the beach. The village is small but only a short walk to Tellaro with more facilities and a small but well stocked shop. Lerici is a short drive and that was a busy town with plenty of restaurants. Would recommend this apartment to explore the area.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser neuwertigen, top-ausgestatteten Luxus-Ferienwohnung. Vom großen Balkon blickt man aus dem Whirlpool direkt aufs Meer! Was will man mehr? Die Wohnung ist sehr überlegt eingerichtet und es mangelt wirklich an gar nichts. Wir sagen: Sehr empfehlenswert!!!!

Magnificent place

It was just as the pictures tell you! A perfect house, on a beautiful spot with everything (and more) you need in the house and very clean. Magnificent views, especially the sunsets. Beaches and restaurants nearby. The stairs to streetlevel (168 steps) are easy to take! Within 10 min. you are on the beach. Also easy to visit Cinque Terre, Lucca, Lerici etc. Giorgio was very nice for welcoming us and explained everything perfectly. Also very good and quick and contact with the owner Giuliano. Thanks for staying! We wil come back.

Great Holidays!!!

At our arrival we were received by the owner's uncle, Giorgio, who was very friendly and explained to us everything about the apartment. The pictures do justice to the place. The apartment is very well equipped with top of the range appliances….nespresso machine, blender, toaster, everything one can possibly need during a holiday…everything in this apartment is tasteful and high quality….Even the neighbours are nice….We will always remember the kindness of Giovanna, who unexpectedly brought a delicisou pasta with funghi sauce for lunch and even surprised us with a delicious cake she baked for our children….All this made our holidays truly special and unforgettable! Nice beaches which are accessible after going down (and then climbing) more than 300 steps, which is a good exercise after eating the delicious Italian cuisine….Beautiful views of the ocean from the terrace, where you can also relax in the jacuzzi. What else can you expect????
