Mill Creek Court Condos 100 Yards From Gondola One! Penthouse Condo

Mill Creek Court Condos are located just 100 yards to Gondola One in Vail Village. You cannot be much closer to all the amenities in Vail Village than this.

This three bedroom two bath suite features 1450 square feet of living space on one level with vaulted ceiling in the living room and spectacular mountain views. The bedrooms are set up as a king in the master; and two twins in each of the other two. There is also a full kitchen and in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $250 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning. There is no elevator access to this unit.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Located right in the middle of Vail Village. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms were comfortable. Amazing Mountain Views. Only negative was there was no elevator. Three flights of stairs is hard in high altitude. Struggled getting our luggage up and back down. It’s great if you are able body. But not good for elderly or handicap. Otherwise great condo.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. When your building was constructed in 1965, an elevator was an option. We use the term "manual elevator"!!!! We have looked at adding one to the building, and it is just not feasible in locations to serve some and not all. A member of our management company in the building will assist if you ask them.

Warm, rustic in a great location

Our condo was spectacularly placed near the heart of Vail, well stocked, nicely decorated, clean, and nice view to the east. Our only complaints would be the lack of an elevator, the quoted price was not fees all-in, and no directions to operate the TV. Very nice accommodations.

That is true there no elevator as we describe as a "walk up" building. The building was built before that requirement. The fees you talk about are the checkout clean that is added to all stays less than 5 nights, and you stayed for three. We do state that in the description of the unit. I will check on the TV instruction needs you mention, but it is a universal remote, with just the "all on" button that controls.
