This lovely apartment is on the exclusive Manzanera development in Calpe with an attractive communal pool, private parking and a short walk to the beach.

The apartment has been well furnished and provides a lovely relaxing environment. It is spread over two floors.

The entry level comprises of an entrance hallway, air-conditioned lounge/dining room which has patio doors leading out onto the patio with dining space for 4 people. The fully fitted modern kitchen and a cloak room are also on the entry level.


On the lower level there are two bedrooms and bathrooms. The king master bedroom has air conditioning, TV, ceiling fan, wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite has a bath with shower, toilet, bidet and a vanity unit.There is a furnished patio leading off from the master bedroom.

The twin bedroom shares the same patio and also benefits from air conditioning, ceiling fan and wardrobes. There is afamily shower room which also accomodates the washing machine.

Externally there is an allocated parking space and a wonderful communal pool for residents use only.

Situated just a few minutes’ walk from the blue flag beaches and an array of tasteful restaurants and shops. This
lovely apartment will particularly appeal to those seeking proximity to the seafront and local facilities in this lovely
part of Calpe - you will not be disappointed!

Le logement est spacieux et confortable, à l’exception de la banquette du salon qui ne peut pas vraiment être considérée comme un lit. Elle est très dure et n’est pas du tout confortable. Mon fils n’a d’ailleurs pas pu dormir dessus. Je dirais donc que ce logement est davantage adapté pour 4 personnes que pour 5.La résidence est calme, située à seulement 5 minutes en voiture de la mer et à proximité des supermarchés 5 minutes en voitures, ce qui est très pratique.Mis à part le couchage du salon, nous avons passé un agréable séjour et sommes satisfaits du logement.

Je suis désolée d’apprendre que la banquette du salon n’était pas confortable pour votre fils, mais je suis ravie que vous ayez apprécié le reste du logement ainsi que son emplacement. Suite à votre retour, nous avons retiré l’option d’utiliser la banquette comme couchage et le logement est désormais proposé pour 4 personnes afin de garantir le confort de tous nos voyageurs. Merci encore d’avoir séjourné chez nous Liz
