A bright studio apartment that comfortably accommodates two people in its 42 square metres. Located on the top floor, it boasts a beautiful view of the Umbrian countryside and the historic centre, all the way to the bell tower of San Pietro. It is situated in a quiet residential area, a short distance from the San Giuliana Stadium and just a few steps from Sant’Anna Park for outdoor activities. The centre of Perugia is about a 20-minute walk away or accessible by public transport. Condominium parking is available (NOT guaranteed).
The studio apartment is located on the seventh and top floor of a building with a night watchman and two lifts, and is laid out as follows:
- KITCHENETTE equipped with an electric hob, mini-fridge with a small freezer compartment, moka pot, electric kettle, toaster, and conventional oven
- LIVING AREA with a dining table, desk, and sofa
- SLEEPING AREA with a double bed and a closet
- BATHROOM I with a sink, toilet, and bidet
- BATHROOM II with a sink and shower stall.
NO A/C and NO TV.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a security camera in the building’s hallway for security purposes.
Keys must be picked up at the bar located on the ground floor of the building by 8:00 PM.
Additional amenities available to guests: central heating via vents, fan, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.
Towels and bed linens are included (with optional changes available for a fee).
