The host was great! He greeted us right when we arrived and he gace us a few spots to check out, and explained the heat etc. Super comfy. The soace waa nice and opened. Perfect for a girls weekend!
Parking was easy and ideal in busy Newport. It was a nice walk to shops and downtown. Front bedroom could use some black-out curtains and soundproofing to drown out street noise. Place was spotless and owner was very prompt with replies. We really enjoyed our girls weekend.
Helpful and welcoming host. Beautiful living space, kitchen, main floor bathroom and bedrooms. Lower level bedroom was cold the heating unit could not keep up with the very windy, cold weather. Perfect location
Property was well located for all that Newport has to offer with parking which is a big plus. Clean and appointed well. Perfect for a group get away. Host was responsive and helpful.
This is a great location and easy access to the main attractions in Newport. The weather was nice, so we walked everywhere. Chris was great at accommodating us.
The location was great- short walk to all things Thames st. Walking distance to Kings Park Beach. Check in was smooth - property manager was great. Much more spacious than anticipated! We didn’t cook there, but it was fully stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. we all slept comfortably and had a great time!
Plane was convenient, clean and well equipped. Would go back any time.

Garage conversion to bedroom was damp and noisy. Smelled musty. Garbage underneath stairs. Street noise was constant and late at night. Noise from above also noticeable.
This was a very convenient spot to stay for my cousin’s Jamestown wedding. It looks like it may have been a converted store or warehouse. The layout is a little funky but very spacious. It has a bachelor weekend feel and smells a bit like that’s what it’s typically used for. One bedroom has no windows and is pretty musty. Parking was convenient right across the street. The host was super receptive and easy to reach. I wouldn’t bring my pickiest friends or family back here, but I suspect anyone going here for a boys’ weekend would be happy!
My friends and I stayed here for a late summer weekend. The proximity to all the best spots on Thames is unbeatable. Would happily recommend to any groups visiting Newport.

Wonderful location but it is on a Main Street so there was foot noise all night. Flipped breaker and had no maintenance to attend to so had no lights or AC in one room on our last night. No overhead light in rear bathroom. Had a lamp in bathroom for lighting.
