Downtown Eagles Nest w/ Roof Top Deck in the Heart of Newport
Welcome to The Downtown Eagles Nest, a spacious and inviting condo located in the very center of downtown Newport. This two-level property sits on the second and third floors above local retail shops, giving you unbeatable access to the city’s restaurants, boutiques, and waterfront activities.
The second floor offers comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed and its own adjacent bathroom. The third floor includes a third bedroom with a king-size bed, another full bathroom, a cozy eat-in kitchen, and a relaxed living room perfect for gathering or unwinding after a day out. From the third floor, you can also access the seasonal rooftop deck, a wonderful spot to enjoy fresh air and city views. During the high summer season, AC window units are installed to keep the space cool, and one on-site parking spot is provided for your convenience.
Because the condo is located downtown, some urban noise should be expected. We have a two-night minimum stay and prefer that Friday and Saturday nights be booked together. If you are hoping to stay Thursday and Friday, or Saturday and Sunday, please message us so we can ensure accurate pricing. Holiday weekends require a three-night minimum; if you are trying to book a longer holiday stay and are encountering issues, feel free to reach out. Pricing during the summer is only negotiable within four weeks of the stay, but we are always happy to discuss off-season rates or long-term visits.

This was such a great place to stay! We enjoyed visiting Newport for a couple of days before Christmas. It’s centrally located downtown. We enjoyed just walking out the front door and being able to walk down the Main Street and nearby shops. The single parking spot directly in back of the building was very easy. Public parking spots are also nearby, but we didn’t need that.It was nice to have a dedicated bathroom for each bedroom! The bedrooms were spacious and comfy. The upper level kitchen/living area was awesome. The roof deck is a great addition, though we were not home much before dark to use it. I would definitely recommend this rental and hope to stay again someday!

Perfect location!
Excellent location and comes with parking. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Well maintained and stocked with amenities. Three king beds are quite comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!
