Downstairs has multiple seating areas for entertaining or to chill out it also has a full bathroom and Laundry room/mudroom. Upstairs has one full bathroom and bedrooms each with good size closets and flat screen TV's in each bedroom. Bedrooms have a queen bed in each room and one bedroom has a twin and a full bed. The house is ideal for families, couples or groups looking for a in town location that you can park your cars and be a walking distance to all downtown Newport has to offer. Easton Beach (1st Beach) & the Cliff Walk are also a walking distance approx. 20-25 mins. (Driving 6 mins.), Sachuest Beach (2nd Beach) (Driving 12 mins) & the Mansions on Bellevue Ave are approx. 15 - 20 mins walking distance depending on which one you want to visit (Driving 5 mins). Water Shuttle can be accessed walking distance 8 mins. from the house which offers a hop on - hop off service and you can explore the harbor and visit some of the amazing sights such as Fort Adam. Golf Course (Newport National Golf Club) is about 7 miles always (Driving 16 mins). The house comes with all the amenities, WIFI, cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen, central A/C and off street parking for 4 cars. Minimum of 3 night stay during the month of July & August. 2 Night minimum stay during the other months.

The name says it all… location can’t be beat. Close enough to all yet far enough to get restful sleeps. Very clean, updated and a lovely beach vibe in every room.
Our group of 4 friends had a wonderful stay - we had plenty of space between the 3 queen beds & 1 twin. The location can't be beat! Incredible value and everything we needed for a girls weekend in Newport. Thank you!
Great location as others have stated. We spent our whole trip walking to shops, restaurants, and even the cliff walk and mansions. The place was spacious enough, clean and well appointed. Having off the street parking was great. The window blinds allow light, but keep privacy. Small recommendations…bring a portable fan if you like a fan while sleeping. There were none in the house, nor ceiling fans. AC works very well, but I like air movement and didn’t want the windows open and get too warm. Bring hangers if needed. There were only about three wired ones in the entire home. Those are just minor suggestions. It was a great home, perfect for my family of 4 and could have held more. Clean linens, towels and bathrooms. I highly recommend and we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the owner and management.
I brought my 80 year old parents to Newport to tour the mansions and see the town. The location was fantastic! Only 2-3 houses down from Thames Street! The place was comfortable and exactly as pictured. Very easy to access the house and the parking was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!
This is a perfect location for Newport, walkable to everything and a short drive or bike ride to the beach. I do wish there was outdoor furniture to enjoy the salty air.

Lovely accommodations. Comfortable beds, quality linens, host provided everything needed for home away from home. Clean and comfortable, parking in a driveway was very helpful because on street parking in the town is tight. Would definitely schedule another visit!!
