The property is very clean, cosy and has everything one might need for a short break stay. Really great location as well. The only slight downside was the creaky and not sound proof ceiling, other than that, we’ve a really good stay at Claire’s

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. I am sorry that you heard creaking and noise through the floor above. We don't use the rooms above the flat in the evening so there is usually no noise after about 7pm. We have spent this year greatly improving the soundproofing on the ground floor and this winter we are pulling up the floorboards above the flat and installing a triple sound insulation system. Sorry for any inconvenience in the meantime.

pleasant place close to sea and the eden project, Very helpful host bringen us to the eden project and collecting us afterwardsThere is very limited sittingroom in the accomodation, for us no problem as we sat in the garden. This could be an issue with rainy weatheroverall a very nice place to stay!

Small, but had everything we needed! Bed was very comfortable, lots of supplies in the kitchen. Easy walk from station, and the transport to the Eden Project was a plus! Also, the washer/dryer came in handy for us, allowing us to pack half as much clothing! Claire is a lovely host!

Very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was modern and sparkling. Very comfortable bed. Appreciated having clothes washing facilities as we had been travelling for four days.

This place is really well equipped and clean, it has everything you need and more. Claire was very kind and welcoming. We loved how it’s dog friendly, you can use their beautiful garden to relax and let out your dog. It’s also very close to a nature reserve with a lake and a pretty walk through woods and meadows. Only a 10 minute walk to the local co-op and 15/20 mins walk to the beach. They also have parking for 2 cars if needed. Would happily stay again. Thank you Claire

Muy buena, apartamento pequeño pero correcto. Perfectamente equipado, no hay cocina pero sí hay freidora de aire, placa de cocina, kettle, tostadora y microondas. No hay comedor o sala de estar, pero hay acceso directo a un precioso jardín - terraza donde se puede comer.La localización es perfecta. Está situado justo enfrente de un estanque con patos, gansos y cisnes que tiene varias rutas diferentes para paseos preciosos. Gente amable y atenta. Cerca de un pub a pie, y 20 minutos andando a la playa.Los perros de la familia y el gato Smokey lo mejor :)

Hi, thanks for your lovely review. I would just like to say that we do have a small galley kitchen which has everything a normal kitchen does, its just plug in. It has a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, hand blender, a hob, and the oven is a microwave, a normal convection oven and a grill. It also has a pop up table with 2 chairs.
