Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Renter shall take refuse & recyclable containers to curb Monday evenings. Prior to leaving, strip beds, start Dishwasher, Secure Doors
Provide a copy of the driver's license for the primary renter. Having more guests than on the reservation will cause loss of security deposit.

We have stayed at this house four times and we love it. Everything you could need is there. The house is very clean and well taken care of. Close distance to the beaches on Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Paul and Susan are wonderful hosts. The swimming pool is wonderful and so is the lanai area. Highly recommend.

This rental was an absolute pleasure to stay at in every regard. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool with a beautiful westward facing sunset view and the house layout and amenities were all top notch. The hosts were more than accommodating. We can only express to anyone looking to stay here that they will not be disappointed!

Great Lanai

We really enjoyed our visit. Hosts were so welcoming and answered all our questions quickly. The pool and lanai were wonderful and provided for a lot of family memories. This is our 3rd time staying here and it has been great each time. The property is very convenient to Sanibel and Captiva and local amenities. Thanks to our hosts for their hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay while visiting the Cape Coral area. Our hosts, Paul and Susan, went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Everything from fishing gear to a wagon, cooler and beach chairs as well as bicycles, made recreating easy.The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with every appliance and accessory we could have wanted. The home and lanai/pool area were both incredibly clean and decorated for Christmas, which was a really nice touch.We would absolutely stay again. Thank you very much for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

HI, we are the Stark's (no relation to "Tony") and we grew up in Toledo, Ohio. WE have 7 children and 14 grand children who are scattered all around the globe. We purchased our home here in sunny SW Florida in 2004 visiting frequently until we decided to make it our permanent residence in 2006. Paul still owns a Men's clothing store in Holland, Ohio, and Susan has continued to work in Real Estate.
We purchased this home in December of 2016, and have done a tremendous amount of remodeling to make it the perfect Vacation get-a-way.

Why they chose this property

We decided on Cape Coral because so many of our friends have purchased homes here, and the beaches, night life and weather are hard to beat. There is ALWAYS something to do, the people are friendly and when we travel, we enjoy having a home to kick back and relax in after a day of adventures. You will find you may not want to leave!

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location. Fish from your own dock, rent a kayak or a boat, adventure out and explore the many parks and nature trails. Visit the Edison & Ford Winter Estates, take in a ball game, golf, jet ski, parasail, do some shelling. But, most of all be sure to just come home to your own retreat and relax by the pool and say AAAAHHHHHHH!!!
