All 5 star, super clean, nice neighborhood. Possibly the best equipped place I have ever been in. Every conceivable kitchen appliance. A knife set where you don't feel like you are risking a fingertip. Enough towels so we didn't have to do a towel load the second day we were there. (we jumped in the pool twice a day, at least).

This is the first time we rented a house instead of staying at a hotel. Best decision we could have made. The house was great, had a canal in the back with a boat lift. House was very clean and stocked up on essential supplies. Loved it

We had a wonderful time during our stay here. The house was beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The pool was the perfect temperature, and we enjoyed our morning coffee by the water watching the fish jump. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we had a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable vacation. This is a GREAT place to stay.

Christmas in the Cape

The perfect getaway house

We rented this property with the idea of planning all of our activities there instead of going out and about. We were so happy with our stay and the property as well as the management. Would stay again 10/10.

Perfect stay

This house had everything we needed for our family getaway. We visit the area often to visit with family who live nearby, and this has been our favorite property to date! It felt like our home away from home. We loved the backyard and canal. The kids enjoyed the pool! We can't wait to come back!

This home had everything you need to have a great stay. The kitchen had anything you could imagine to help you cook if you desire to do so. The pool area was very clean, and the furniture was new with great comfy cushions. The dock and deck out by the water was nice to sit and watch the boats go by. We loved the reclining leather sofas in the family room. Lots of room for indoor or outdoor dining. Keely and Neil were very prompt in responding to any issues we had. There is one thing that would put this over the top, if they got new comforters and or bedding for the beds, it would be perfect.

Winter Getaway

The home was perfect for us. Very comfortable & homey. We spent most of our time at the pool and fire pit areas. There were plenty of towels, glassware & dishes, and cleaning products. Definitely exceeded our expectations!

Kudos to the property owners of this amazing property! We have never stayed in such a well appointed property before. The location was ideal for all of our needs. Enjoyable experience

A wonderful stay at a wonderful property. Better than pictures listed. Extremely clean and well-appointed with everything you could need. Location was great and everything worked in the house! Property management was great, even though we didn't need them for our stay, they were there in case we did. Great communication. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to rest of the Cape. Pool was perfect for adults and kids. Definitely recommend and hope to come back soon!

Great stay...beautiful house

We had a wonderful week...only issue was when we arrived A/C wasn't working....we called management company and they sent a repairman out that night. House is just as pictured and very clean. So many amenities..above and beyond what was listed. My only suggestion would be to get a few new pillows. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Beautiful house with all the trimmings

Manager was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. Fishing was fun everyday all day! Kids enjoyed the pool even though when we got there it was sandy in the pool could of been cleaned and the light was busted but the light got fixed and kids had fun! Only recommendation is to clean the pool more often especially since Cape Coral gets rain daily !

To confirm the pool is cleaned by the pool company once a week. We do also provide a net for guests to use should debris enter the pool and they need a quick solution. Hope to see you again soon.

Gorgeous Property

You will not be disappointed!!! Property is as beautiful as the pictures portray. The property managers are very responsive to any questions you may have. The home is equipped with everything you need. So, if driving there - don't overpack your car!! We did and extras were unnecessary. Appliances and decor are top quality. I am sure if you book this property you will be very pleased.

THIS is where you want to be!

Wow! You can stop searching for the perfect place, this is it! My husband and I couldn't have found a more perfect place for a very relaxing, much deserved vacation. Everything we could possibly need was here! The house, pool, lanai and lawn are absolutely gorgeous! The house is very clean and comfortable too! You will feel like you are at home.....except in paradise! We loved spending time on the lanai (love saying that) and in the pool. We even enjoyed the rocking chairs during the couple of rain showers and thunder storms while we were there! We received an email with check in/out directions and any other info we needed was in the house. We didn't even need to contact anyone but they were on standby if we needed anything. Only downfall was that we had to leave! Can't wait to return! We can't thank you enough for sharing your wonderful piece of paradise with us! We hope to return soon!

Very Well Stocked and Good Location

This property was the best stocked of any location I have ever stayed. Plenty of towels, spices, TV's you name it they really had it. We loved the location for having good access to anything we wanted to do. We could be on Pine Island in a few minutes, so many restaurants were close and very easy access and getting into Ft. Myers was just a straight drive. Here is a list of things to know about the property, but none of these should be taken as a negative just things to be aware of. The pool is on the smaller side but still fits the needs of having a pool. The screen cage being gone also lends itself to the pool having more stuff in it. The A/C struggles to keep up and the 2 family bedrooms can get fairly warm in the night so I would suggest having a fan. There is one fan provided in one of the rooms. Seating in the living area is a little bit limited so if you want a larger family to watch a movie some may have to be in the floor. I only had myself, wife and 8 year old so no problems for us. On the other hand the kitchen was stocked so well it was unbelievable. We like to cook so we brought plenty of spices with us but we would not have needed to because they had everything there. The appliances are also fantastic. Fell in love with the microwave, going to get the same one in my new kitchen remodel I'm about to do. Overall the stay was fantastic and I would definitely recommend it. Any items listed are simply for information not to be taken negatively.

If I may add a couple of details to update future guests about the pool. We are awaiting permits and the new cage should be built by November this year. The pool itself is standard size for the Cape which is 15 feet wide by 25 feet long. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms to help cool the rooms. We have been having temperatures in the low 100's these past 2 weeks so it's been pretty warm down here with a below average rainfall. I only mention that as the rainfall helps cool things down each evening but we've not had that this past couple of weeks for some reason so we've been experiencing higher than normal temperatures. Thank you also for leaving the home in excellent shape. You guys are most welcome back any time!
