About this property

A pool, pool table, and dolphins? Oh my! 3bed 2 bath on canal 2 blocks to beach

This is a fun family home! If you should happen to get bored with all the local attractions, or if you are coming just to relax and enjoy some down time, this is the home for you. We have a pool table, dart board, and air hockey. Want more? Swim in the electric heated pool, or lounge pool side in the warm sun. Still want more? Enjoy fishing in the canal off the boat dock in the back yard. But, wait, there's more! Enjoy sunset views? Take a short walk or bike ride, about a quarter mile, to the local beach for the best sunset views. If you are an earlier riser, you can also enjoy sunrise views. Also located at the beach is the Boathouse restaurant and tiki bar. Or, you could just pack the cooler and beach blanket and spend the day at the beach. And did I mention dolphins? I see dolphins swim through the canal most days. How awesome is that? Dolphins in your backyard?!

We really enjoyed our stay! We had family competitions every night with the pool table, air hockey table, and games. The location was great and easy to walk down to the beach (where Boat House was). The kids also loved fishing off the dock! Very enjoyable stay!

We had a fabulous vacation! The location was perfect and close to things we wanted to do and see. The house was incredible, and the pool and hot tub were clean and thoroughly enjoyed during our stay! The kitchen was well-stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Becky was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

What a great place when you have teenagers. All the different activities kept them busy. I understand it’s Florida, but I wish the pool and hot tub would have stayed warm. The owners were very attentive to our needs. Hot tub was a disappointment, but overall a good experience.

This home is exactly as described! Extremely clean, every amenity you could possibly think of, the Margaritaville machine is an added bonus! Beds are super comfortable. Our host Becky was quick to answer all of our questions! The canal was amazing, we had 4 dolphins greet us on our first day and many after that. We enjoyed fishing in the canal, we had great success!!! There is a blue heron that came to visit daily, we named him Henry!The location is perfect! Yacht Club park just a short walk down the road, close to grocery stores, gas stations and numerous restaurants on Cape Coral Parkway. Sanibel Island is a short 30 minute drive from the house which was really nice to go and enjoy the sunsets! We can't wait to come back!Thank you Becky

The location excellent, it was very clean and well equipped with everything we could need. The hot tub and pool were wonderful and we are looking forward to returning. We contacted Becky because we had another couple join us and we wanted to let her know, she answered quickly and said they didnt charge and extra fee for them. We loved this place.
