Location was very good. Plenty of coffee shops around, market, bank, pharmacy, metro access with in walking distance, etc. Nice a quite. Washer but not dryer, so you hang your clothes outside on a private patio area. It has a kitchen with a electric stove, so I call our guest to give me instructions, which he responded as" Google it". Not the response for someone who have worked in customer service for decades. I figured it out.
