This was a great find! Within walking to the Vatican and right off the tram line, with restaurants and shopping nearby. Tons of rooms and bathrooms, and an elevator for luggage! I would highly recommend for a Rome visit.

Location, location, location. This apartment is in a GREAT location making it super easy to walk to all the major attractions in Rome. We walked to the Vatican, the Spanish steps, the Trevi fountain, the Colloseum, and the Jewish Ghetto. The apartment is super comfortable with almost all rooms having their own bathroom. The only thing missing from the apartment is a living room.

This was an amazing place! I was traveling with friends and family, and we each had our own rooms and bathrooms (2 rooms had hallway bathrooms, but the rest had en suites). The location was perfect - in a non-touristy neighborhood, but in walking distance to tourist attractions. This meant authentic restaurants where we experienced the best pizza and pasta ever. My only issues would be communication with the host via Vrbo was not consistent, and the lack of sitting space in the apartment (a common living area - which was probably gutted to accommodate for more sleeping quarters). But we were all absolutely pleased with the accommodations!

My family of 8 stayed here over Christmas and I couldn't say enough great things about the apartment, communication with the property managers, their willingness to assist in setting up transportation and their prompt responses. The apartment was within walking distance to so many sights and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you have a large group. Definitely had more than enough space for everyone to enjoy. Thank you!

Overall, the building is very old and seems like no renovations been done for years, except the hallway bathroom Hardly any convenient outlet around the unitToilet bowl seat cover is broken Toilet bowls are so loud after each flushing Check out instructions vague, it took us over 20 minutes walking around the block to find the trash dumpsters However the building is pretty clean, at good location, with restaurants and convenience stores within few minutes walk, quiet neighborhood at night Communication with the unit manager is not the best…e.g. no response to request for extra towels…Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

The building is indeed a historic property in the heart of Rome, and while we continuously maintain and improve our apartment, we obviously cannot renovate the entire building, as this is the responsibility of the condominium. We were also surprised by your comments regarding our communication, as this is consistently one of the aspects most appreciated by our guests and frequently highlighted in our reviews. We always do our best to respond promptly and assist our guests throughout their stay. We appreciate your observations and will continue investing in improving the apartment, while hoping that future guests will also consider the many positive reviews collected over the years, which we believe better reflect the experience we strive to provide.

L’appartement était exactement tel que nous l’avions imaginé : très spacieux et parfaitement adapté à notre grande famille. La localisation est idéale, en plein centre, et nous avons eu tout le confort nécessaire pendant notre séjour.Giacomo et son équipe ont été super réceptifs et très arrangeants : ils nous ont notamment permis de laisser nos bagages après le check-out, ce qui nous a bien facilité la vie.Je recommande vivement cet appartement !
