This beautiful 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom House is located in a peaceful area 3 minutes away from Governors Harbor Airport in the Beautiful Island of Eleuthera. It has a Swimming Pool at the back of the house. it is also 2 minutes walk to PINK SAND beach/ BEACH FRONT. This house comes fully furnished with the modern style furniture and a fully equipped Kitchen. The kitchen has complete cutlery and all necessary cooking utensils. The master bedroom consists of a Queen size bed which is fully furnished. The second bedroom is fully furnished with two single beds. One full bathroom and a cozy living room consists of two comfortable sofas with a seat for three and a seat for two, a coffee table, two side tables and a flat screen television.
The Palm is Fully Air Conditioned.
WIFI is also available.

Cozy, Secluded, Nice Space!! Good host.

We had an amazing time at the house. It was very relaxing and comfortable. All the amenities provided. Unfortunately we didn’t have the chance to test out the pool which looked amazing. For feedback purposes there are a few things that can be improved: The directions to the house could be a little more clear as we had minor issues locating the house with the directions provided. Even though all doors and windows were closed, there was still an issue with bugs still getting into the house which we had to use bug spray and repellent every day for. There was internet provided, but no cable television limiting our options for entertainment on the television. Over all we enjoy the stay and look forward making a trip back!

A decent place for what you pay

We stayed at 3 properties during 3 weeks on Eluethera. This was our last 3 nights, and we stayed to save a little on the budget. You get what you pay for. The location was ok, but a little odd. The house is adequet, but limited. Pans were old and very difficult to cook with. Cooking in genearl was very difficult here. The pool was pretty good, and actually of all the places we stayed, this was the only place that was warm enough to actually use the pool. On the downside, there are two wide openings in the fence, which make it so you don't have privacy. If those areas had gates and were closed, it would be great. We asked the owner for directions to the beach, and thought we followed them carefully. (great beach by the way, 5-8 min walk). On the way back, we got yelled at by an old couple for tresspassing on their property (no signs anywhere), and we are pretty sure we followed the instructions correctly. Comfy couch and TV for end of the night. Bed was decent (queen). Overall, a decent place but a bit mediocre. Anyway, it was adequet, but you get what you pay for. It served our needs.

Hi LeeAnne, Thank you for your feedback. We have replaced the cookware, so now the pans are new. The pool has excellent privacy. It is completely surrounded by a solid 6-foot-high fence, except for two 4-foot-wide openings to allow ingress and egress from the yard. That was not the right path to the beach. There is a public right of way where no one will yell at you. I have now made a map so that no one will get confused in the future. Sorry for the inconvenience caused and hoping you can visit in the near future.

Nicely kitted out with plenty of space.

At first I was disappointed it didn't have a sea view, but we could get to the beach in a two minute walk. And the beach is just amazing, huge and empty. The villa is newly kitted out with really comfortable sofas and beds. The only thing we found it lacked was an electric kettle, but it had a coffee machine! Really nice helpful owner who left us have a peaceful holiday but was there if we needed.

Why they chose this property

This property is very relaxing and is a perfect place for a family get away. It has a brand new swimming pool and it is close to the BEACH FRONT that has little or no one on it. The island is extremely friendly and a 10 minute drive to the famous fish fry that happens on Fridays.

What makes this property unique

The Palm is very quiet and comforting. 2 minute or less walk very to the beach. The swimming pigs are very amazing to see. property manager has more details on that. view pics for more details. the swimming pool is very relaxing
