The space encompasses an elegant living-dining room with Smart TV and plenty of natural light. It has two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and a complete en-suite bathroom with shower. Likewise, it has a third bathroom with shower in the common areas and a second living room that serves as a third bedroom with a comfortable double sofa bed, accessed by a staircase.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
