The apartment is beautiful and very spacious. We stayed for a month with two kids. There are many games, the WiFi works great for working at home, and the kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. The location is fantastic. The hosts are extremely thoughtful and welcoming. One of the three AC units broke before we arrived. When we really needed it, he purchased a a temporary window unit as we waited for the permanent one to be fixed. It was clear that he put a huge amount of effort to make our stay comfortable and we appreciated it. The only downside is that the unit only has AC in the bedrooms bc of building regulations. This makes the main rooms useful only in early mornings and late evenings during hot weather. The apartment is in great shape for its age, but things like hot water is slow and limited. It means staggering showers/baths. This wasn’t a big problem for us but you’ll want to be prepared for that.
