This is the second time I have stayed at this property. It is in a great location, It’s close to the subway and buses. Very easy to get around the city from there. It has a spacious balcony with views of the Forum and Colosseum.

BRING EARPLUGS !!CONS:-There is a lot of noise from the street construction and young adults all night long -Our check out was 10 am but the cleaning people woke us up at 8 am - it only sleeps 6 plus one on a couch-There was an electric buzzing all night long in the back right bedroom and the landlord was not able to resolve it for us - WE BARELY SLEPT PROS:- YOU WILL NOT GET VIEWS LIKE THIS ANYWHERE ELSE -check in Patrizia was great - guarded facility so SUPER SAFE-Ricardo was responsive to all my text messages- very clean

Charming and extremely well appointed apartment, even more pleasant in person than in the photos! The view is exceptional. An ideal place for exploring Rome and coming home to relax on the terrace.

Great place to stay in Rome! Very next to Colosseo and the Forum and other attractions within walking distance. Spaces, well stocked, and it was great meeting Patrizia during the check-in talk who provided useful info re attractions that only locals knew. The only thing we wished we'd have was the jacuzzi (under repair during our stay). Highly recommended to stay there if you want to have the best view right on your deck and walking distance!

This was one of the best VRBO experiences we have had. The description actually under-sells the place! It is literally a couple of steps from the coliseum, which you can see from the balcony. The rooms are spacious, all the appliances seem new and Riccardo the host was incredibly responsive. It is truly, truly a great place, a great location and a great experience. Highly recommended!!

Excellent stay in an amazing location

I thought the description may have been too good to be true, but this apartment is a few seconds’ walk to The Colosseum. It has amazing views of Ancient Rome & is a short walk to the best shops and restaurants of Rome’s Monti neighborhood. Our host was responsive and helped coordinate transport and tours during our visit.

It was my spouse and I but the apartment is plenty large enough for two couples. The neighborhood felt very safe and there are many restaurants within walking distance. Gorgeous view of the city from the balcony. An added bonus is that the Metro is just steps away. At check-in we received all the information we would want about restaurants and sites to see. We enjoyed our stay.
