just renovated by a team of young architects and designers who have created from an old apartment a modern and spacious space equipped with all comforts for those who love traveling and prefer the warm atmosphere of a home to a hotel.

We are a few steps from Piazza di Spagna, from the shopping streets and a few minutes from the Colosseum, Fori Imperiali, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon in short, the most convenient place to visit the Eternal City!

For us, being hospitable with our customers is the most important thing. From the first contact for the reservation we answer with all the information requested. We often organize transfers to and from the airports, we recommend what are the most beautiful and important things to see, how to move around the city, the best restaurants, the best pizza, or what are the theatrical events, sports or music not to lose.... We are always present at check in, to finally meet our guests. This is an important moment in which we illustrate the services of the house and its rules. We speak English, French, German, if requested we can arrange personal shopping service, cooking lessons, babysitting, private chauffeur service for city tours or transfers to and from the airport

This townhouse is in a great location, with just a quick walk about two blocks to get to the Spanish Steps. Numerous places to eat and shop in the area as well. The beds were comfortable, nice living area with 3 full bathrooms, air conditioning, and the washer/dryer was useful after staying 5 days to get wash before heading out on our cruise. Hosts were helpful and accommodated our late arrival due to flight delay. Would not hesitate to rebook again if we return to Rome!

Fantastic location in Rome

Our group of 5 had a great stay at this property. Amazing location near the Spanish Steps on a lovely street and plenty of shops and dining nearby. The hosts were wonderful--answered any questions promptly and made some great dining recommendations prior to our arrival. Would definitely recommend!!!

Everything was good, the water the first morning was a little cool, but after turning up the geezer all was good. There were plenty of nespresso pods and the host had provided some breakfast buns. When we asked for help booking a taxi to the airport Barbara went above and beyond to help us.

First of all, Barbara is so incredibly helpful, responsive, and friendly. She was there when we arrived, and accommodated an early arrival. Secondly, the home is really wonderful! It has such a unique character, which has been preserved. The home is also extremely clean with wonderfully comfortable beds and clean soft linens. Thirdly, the place is very conveniently located within walking distance to the Spanish step, world class shopping, as well as many other attractions. I will stay here again when I return to Roma!
